The Pathways to Innovation and Leadership program supports your innovation and leadership journey through the intentional use of Pathway Planner, Micro-Credential Workshops, Career Readiness Development, and Experiential Learning Opportunities.

Completion of any of these micro-credential experiences earns you a digital badge to showcase your accomplishment.

How It Works

1. Pathway Planner

Schedule a 15-Minute Consultation
Complete two academic years on your planner.

Time Commitment: ~1 hr

2. Workshops

Attend Workshops
Complete two 50-minute workshops and a reflection.

Time Commitment: 2 hrs

3. Career Pathways

Develop Your Interview Skills
Complete a 30-minute mock interview and a reflection.

Time Commitment: 2 hrs

4. Learn by Doing

Find Your Next Opportunity
Complete a hands-on learning experience and a presentation.

Time Commitment: ~1 semester

5. Collect Digital Badges
