CALS Pathways to Innovation and Leadership

Lead with your Diploma. Win with your Skills.

Your degree is an important milestone, but let's be real, it's only part of what gets you hired. Employers today aren't just looking for diplomas. They want proof that you can think creatively, lead teams, and solve problems in new and innovative ways.

Our program is built for all CALS students and offers short, focused learning experiences known as micro-credentials that help you sharpen the skills employers value most.

Instead of stopping at "I have a degree," you can say, "Here's exactly what I can do." When you complete a micro-credential, you'll earn a digital badge to show off your skills in innovation, leadership, and professional growth, whether on your resume, LinkedIn profile, or in your next job interview. Your degree opens the door, these skills help you stand out once you're inside.
