CALS Pathways to Innovation and Leadership

Show Them Your Skills, Not Just Your Degree

Your degree is a great start to planning your career, but how will you stand out from other applicants? Our program is made up of bite-sized, focused experiences known as micro-credentials that help learners master specific skills. Don't just highlight your diploma - showcase the skills you developed through our Pathways micro-credentials.

Pathways to Innovation and Leadership program is designed for ALL CALS students to enhance their innovationleadership, and professional skills needed for success. After completing the micro-credentials - earn your digital badges to showcase these skills.
