This digital badge is designed to provide CALS students an experiential learning opportunity and help individuals leverage their personal strengths and skills in academic learning projects relevant to agriculture and life sciences. Research can include, but is not limited to, undergraduate research and capstone projects.

How to Earn This Badge
- Join Pathways - If you are not already a Pathways participant, sign up. You'll be added to a Pathways dashboard in Canvas.
- Participate in opportunity - Complete your hands-on learning experience. View opportunities.
- Reflect on your experience - Submit your 1-2 page reflection in Canvas on your innovation and leadership skill development.
- Share your experience - Present your skills and outcomes in a short presentation at the end-of-semester Pathways Showcase. (Take the 4-minute in-person presentation workshop for support!)
- Claim your badge - Accept your digital badge in Canvas after your presentation and reflection are graded.
