1. Discuss growth vs. fixed mindsets – how might our limiting beliefs prevent us from exploring new pathways or discovering new opportunities?
2. Adopt an innovation mindset! Learn new ways of ideation through an introduction to creative thinking tools.
3. Apply creativity to real-world challenges. Find ways to incorporate creative thinking into your personal life and discover new perspectives.

After Part I, you will take Adobe's Creative Type assessment, which is due before Part II. You will then add two innovation opportunities and note your Creative Type in your Pathway Planner, and submit the pages to Canvas.

Agenda:

1. Learn how creativity applies to anyone, not just inherently creative disciplines! Use your Creative Type to your advantage by elevating your own strengths.
2. Learn about divergent and convergent thinking. Use these creative thinking tools to work together to solve real problems that affect students.
3. Learn even more creative thinking methods, how you can incorporate them into your daily life and apply them to your career goals. Find out how the Pathway Planner can help you along the way!

At the end of Part II, you will submit your final reflection in Canvas and complete the quick 3 - 4 minute wrap-up survey. Remember to submit your CreativeType and two innovation opportunities from your Pathway Planner to Canvas.
