- Join Pathways - If you are not already a Pathways participant, sign up. You'll be added to a Pathways dashboard in Canvas.
- Register and attend workshop - Register for the Leading with Strengths workshop and attend the two-part in-person workshop. View upcoming workshops
- Share your experience - Upload your workshop final assignment on Canvas.
- Share your feedback (optional) - Complete a brief workshop wrap-up survey on Canvas.
- Claim your badge - Accept your digital badge in Canvas after your reflection is graded.
